Thanks to our crew of plarn makers and crocheters who turn plastic bags into sleeping mats for the unhoused. Plarn is plastic bag yarn! Donated plastic bags are flattened, cut, and looped together to create plarn. This is then crocheted into a sleeping mat to create a barrier between them and the hard ground. They can also be used for disaster relief for those requiring temporary sleeping arrangements.
